Job Role: Customer Support Executive L1
Job Type: Full Time, Permeant.
Location: HSR Layout (Work From Office)
Salary - 20 -to 22K in Hand & Incentives (Based on Performance)
Eligibility: | Minimum 6 months of experience is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
Effectively manage incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely manner
Identify and evaluate customers' requirements, clarify information, and offer solutions
Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to internal teams as needed
Cultivate enduring relationships and trust with customers through transparent communication
Required Skills:
Ability to manage multiple chats, emails, or calls simultaneously
Basic troubleshooting knowledge
Excellent problem-solving abilities
6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service
Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi
