Hiring: Email Support Executive – Banking Process

📍 Location: Chandivali, Mumbai

🗓 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

⏰ Shift Timing (Any 10 Hours):

👨 Male: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM

👩 Female: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

💼 Role:

Handling customer queries via Email Support

✔ Enquiries

✔ Complaints

✔ Service Requests

Ensuring resolution within defined TAT

🎓 Eligibility:

✅ Graduation Mandatory

✅ Minimum 1 Year Experience in Email Support (Banking Process)

✅ Good written & verbal communication

💰 Salary (In-hand):

• 12–24 Months Exp: ₹23,000

• 25–36 Months Exp: ₹25,000

• 37+ Months Exp: ₹27,300
