Job Title: KYC Executive

Location: Thane – Wagle Estate
Work Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a VKYC Executive to handle KYC processes as per company and regulatory guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for verifying customer details tand ensuring accurate documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct KYC for customers as per RBI and company guidelines
Verify customer identity and documents
Ensure accuracy and compliance in KYC procedures
Maintain proper records and reports of KYC activities
Handle customer queries professionally during the KYC process
Follow internal SOPs and compliance requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate or HSC pass
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in KYC / BFSI operations
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
Comfortable with video calls and basic computer operations
Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in KYC or banking/financial services
Basic knowledge of KYC norms
Customer handling skills
