Job Description

Hiring for International Customer Service Voice Process (Mortgage & Healthcare)

📍 Location: Thane (Work from Office)
📅 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary:
• ₹21,000 in hand – Graduate Freshers
• ₹25,000 in hand – Candidates with relevant experience
• Up to ₹38,000 net take-home for experienced International BPO candidates

🕒 Shift & Working Days:
• 24/7 Rotational Shifts
• 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week-offs

Eligibility Criteria:
• HSC Pass with a minimum of 6 months of experience on paper in any industry, OR
• Graduate Freshers can apply
• Candidates with 6 months or more experience in an International BPO are highly preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer interactions for international mortgage and healthcare support processes.
• Assist customers with inquiries, account-related concerns, service requests, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in internal systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
