Job Description

Hiring: Travel Customer Service Executive

Location: Thane

Salary: Up to ₹42,000 per month

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

Shift: US Rotational Shifts

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Assist customers with travel-related requests over calls.
Provide accurate inform
ation on fares, schedules, and travel policies.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in the Travel Customer Service process.
Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Sabre is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in US rotational shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
