Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end business travel functions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of handling travel bookings, vendor coordination, expense management, and documentation. This role demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and cost-effective travel arrangements across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and book domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, hotels, and transportation
Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and vendors to secure best services and negotiate competitive rates
Prepare and maintain essential travel documentation such as tickets, visas, insurance, and itineraries
Manage travel-related expense reports and process reimbursements in compliance with company policies
Provide timely assistance and emergency support to employees during travel
Ensure all travel activities adhere to the company’s travel policies and procedures
Maintain up-to-date records of travel bookings, vendor contracts, and expense reports
Generate periodic travel reports and support audit requirements
Communicate travel updates effectively with all stakeholders
