Travel Consultant

We are a Travel Company and we are looking for a Reservation Executive cum Billing to join our team at Grewal Speedo Flyers. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2B Sales. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Maintain the booking and allot the vehicles to the respective clients

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. You will be responsible for taking customer bookings, allot them a vehicle along with drivers, cooperate with the client after the driver reached at the pick up locations, also to take the feedback from the clients/customers about the services like drivers behaviour, vehicle conditions, etc. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Rotational shift.
