About the Role

TripCiti is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Tours & Travel industry, with a strong understanding of domestic and international holiday packages, customer handling, sales strategies, and travel operations. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete sales cycle while ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare customized domestic and international holiday packages.

• Upsell travel services such as flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and activities.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide exceptional service.

Operations

• Manage end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and visas.

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, DMCs, and travel partners.

• Ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries.

• Resolve customer issues before, during, and after travel.

• Maintain accurate booking records and operational reports.

• Ensure all travel documentation is completed on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the Tours & Travel industry.

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.

• Experience in holiday package planning and travel operations.

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking portals. Knowledge of GDS is an added advantage.
