Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products or services.

• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective persuasion and follow-ups.

• Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales records in the CRM system.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

• Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and campaigns.
