Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection Executive | International Voice process

Responsibilities:

- Contact customers via phone and email to discuss outstanding payments

- Understand customer payment issues and provide solutions

- Negotiate payment plans and settlements

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments

- Meet collection targets and performance metrics

Eligibility:

- HSC or Graduation in any discipline

- Freshers or 1 year of international BPO experience

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Basic computer knowledge

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary up to ₹32,000 per month

- Incentives: ₹3,000 + ₹2,000

- Other benefits (as per company policy)
