Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

  • Understand customer requirements related to loans and financial products.

  • Explain suitable loan products and eligibility in a simple manner.

  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.

  • Maintain accurate customer and call records.

  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team.

  • Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for further processing.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • 0–2 years of telecalling/telesales experience preferred.

  • Good Hindi communication skills.

  • Basic English communication is an advantage.

  • Confident, polite and professional communication.

  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

  • Comfortable working with daily targets.

Location: Anchor Mall, Civil Lines Metro Station, Jaipur
Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + performance incentives
