Job Title: Telesales Agent – Two-Wheeler Loan

Location: Hoodi, Bangalore

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline
Age below 30 years
Experience: 2–5 years in telesales, two-wheeler loans, or personal loans

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote two-wheeler loan products
Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation, and repayment details
Follow up with leads for loan conversion and disbursement
Coordinate with sales teams, dealer partners, and backend operations
Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally

Skills Required:

Strong communication and convincing skills
Proficiency in any two: English, Kannada, Telugu
Hindi communication is an added advantage
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills:

Experience in financial services or NBFC sector
Loan sales or telesales background
