Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
1 Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data
2 Identify customer needs and explain services clearly
3 Convert prospects into active customers through effective communication
4 Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline
5 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Customer Experience (CX)
1 Handle inbound/outbound customer queries professionally
2 Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns
3 Build and maintain strong customer relationships
4 Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
5 Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Data & Reporting
1 Update call records and customer details in CRM systems
2 Track follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions
3 Report daily performance metrics to the manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
1 Good communication skills in English + Hindi (regional language is a plus)
2 Strong convincing and negotiation skills
3 Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)
4 Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
5 Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Candidate Profile
1 Experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
2 Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
3 Ability to work in rotational shifts
4 Team player with a proactive approach
