Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve our business objectives. The telesales executive’s will be responsible for handling incoming leads from our website and social media platforms.
The role involves calling interested user, explaining the process, answering queries, and converting leads into confirmed registrations. This role requires good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to providing prompt and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
· Call users who submit enquiries on our online portals
· Explain the complete process.
· Convince and guide players to complete their registration
· Handle inquiries related to process and resolve complaints
· Follow up with interested players until registration is completed
· Accurately log all calls, update customer information, and track sales activities in the CRM system.
· Coordinate with the operations and marketing team
Requirements:
· Excellent spoken Hindi (English is a plus)
· Confident and persuasive communication
· Ability to explain processes clearly
· Basic computer & mobile handling skills
· Target-oriented and result-driven
· Proficient in using calling tools and familiar with CRM software.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in telesales, call center, sports registration, fantasy sports, or event sales is preferred
