Call Center Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote diagnostic services and healthcare packages over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and maintaining strong patient/customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sales

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote diagnostic tests, health check-up packages, and services

• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments/bookings

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

2. Customer Handling

• Explain diagnostic services, packages, pricing, and offers to customers

• 3. Follow-ups & Conversion

• Conduct timely follow-ups on leads generated from campaigns, website, and walk-ins

• Maintain lead database and update CRM regularly

• Ensure maximum conversion of leads into bookings

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with lab, clinic, and operations team for appointment scheduling

• Share daily sales and call reports with the reporting manager

• Assist in promotional campaigns and health awareness drives

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Good knowledge of diagnostic services/healthcare industry (preferred)

• Strong sales and negotiation ability

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel

• Patient-centric and target-driven mindset
