Customer Support Telemarketing Executives

About Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing In-House Executive to join

our team at. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Tally software

products and services, generating leads, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have

excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for helping businesses

streamline their financial processes with Tally.

Responsibilities

 Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other

telemarketing strategies.

 Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Tally software to potential

customers, addressing their specific business needs.

 Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by building relationships, understanding customer

requirements, and offering tailored solutions.

 Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to nurture

leads and close deals.

 Database Management: Accurately update and manage customer information in the CRM system.

 Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.

 Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to the marketing and product

development teams for continuous improvement.

 Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement

effective telemarketing campaigns.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not

mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role,

preferably in the software industry.

Skills:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

o Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions.

o Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

o Basic understanding of accounting software, particularly Tally, is a plus.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced

environment.

 Proficiency in using CRM software, remote desktop tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

 Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.

 Certification in Tally ERP or accounting software (preferred but not required.)
