Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Team Leader to lead and manage our telecalling team, monitor performance, ensure target achievement, and maintain the quality of customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the telecalling team.

• Allocate daily calling tasks and monitor team productivity.

• Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.

• Conduct call audits and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Train new team members on calling processes, scripts, and communication standards.

• Handle escalated customer queries and support team members in issue resolution.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer support and follow-up.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or team handling.

• Previous experience leading or supervising a telecalling team will be preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

• Strong leadership, convincing, problem-solving, and team-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
