Customer Support Telecalling Team Leader

About the Role

Simpel Techlabs Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Team Lead to lead and manage our telecalling team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling telecallers, achieving team targets, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. Strong leadership skills and fluency in Hindi are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the telecalling team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.

• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Track KPIs such as call quality, conversion rates, productivity, and attendance.

• Train new team members on sales processes, communication skills, and company policies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Coordinate with management to improve processes and team efficiency.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational policies.

• Maintain a positive and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead or Senior Telecaller.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Basic English communication is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is an added advantage.

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
