Must have 2 to 4 years of experience in Banking Collections & Recovery.

Must have experience in team handling and driving teams to achieve monthly targets.

Portfolio management and taking care of team productivity and business growth.

Initiating new strategies and achieving geographical targets.

Managing both internal and external channels for business expansion and development.

Understanding case complexities and filtering appropriate cases for approval.

Experience in handling NPA and BFSI cases.

Good communication skills.

Strong customer orientation.

Positive attitude and confidence.

Good administrative skills.
