Suryoday Foundation is a sec 8 Not for Profit organization with headquarters in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. We work for promoting inclusive growth of Urban, Rural and Tribal low income underserved communities and contributing towards their economic and social wellbeing. Our programs are focused on Financial Education, social security benefits, livelihoods and health. We are in the process on redesigning and developing high impact scalable programs in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Odisha and Gujarat.

The focus of activities currently will be Financial Education of women/young children, health and Livelihoods. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-driven Tele-calling executives in Navi Mumbai.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: Tele-Calling Executive (Female can apply only)

Base Location: Navi Mumbai

Total Vacancies: 1

Job Type: Contract

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Outgoing Tele-calling of participants who participate in different programs for their feedback

· Based on their profile educating and guiding them

· Motivating the participants for using banking services

· Tracking training quality through discussion

· Maintaining MIS of incoming and outgoing calls and sending to respective teams

· Following up with teams for closure

· Preparing daily call MIS Reports and circulating to respective teams

SKILLS

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Empathy and a positive attitude to work with low income/low literacy groups

· Good Computer skills (especially excel)

· Ability to work independently.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Education: Any Graduate with or without industry experience.

· Ability to speak in Gujarati & Hindi
