Job Summary
Bloom IT Solutions is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build interest among prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Arrange and schedule Google Meet meetings• between prospects and the Manager.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Business Development Manager (BDM)• for lead updates.
• Submit daily and weekly reports on calling activities and lead status.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure meeting confirmations.
Requirements
• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (Freshers can apply).
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / Google tools.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain lead records.
Salary & Incentives
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on performance)
Working Hours
• Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days
• Monday – Friday: Full Working Day
• 1st & 3rd Saturday: Half Day
• 2nd & 4th Saturday: Holiday
• 1 Additional Leave per Month
