Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our BPO team as Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing information, resolving queries, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls / handle inbound customer calls professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
Maintain records of calls and customer details in the system
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
