Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling & Sales Coordinator to handle customer communication, sales follow-ups, quotations, and email correspondence with clients in the steel, metal, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients in the steel, metal, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, and other industrial sectors.

• Communicate with major organizations and industrial clients such as BPCL, ONGC, IOCL, CPCL, Cipla, Lupin, Macleods, and similar companies.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to provide appropriate solutions.

• Prepare and send quotations, commercial offers, and other sales-related documents to customers.

• Regularly follow up with customers regarding quotations, enquiries, orders, and pending requirements.

• Maintain professional communication with customers through phone calls and emails.

• Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses to customer enquiries.

• Maintain records of customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into orders and achieve sales objectives.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good telecalling and customer-handling skills.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.

• Ability to prepare professional quotations and emails.

• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Email communication.

• Confident, persuasive, and professional personality.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Prior experience in steel, metal, industrial products, engineering, oil & gas, or pharmaceutical industries will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B telecalling, sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support.

• Candidates with experience dealing with large industrial/corporate clients will be preferred.

• Should be comfortable making regular customer calls and following up on business enquiries.

• Should have a proactive attitude and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
