Job Description

ndustry: Sales / Customer Support / BPO

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers/clients as per the given data.

  • Explain company products or services to customers.

  • Generate leads and fix appointments (if required).

  • Handle customer queries and provide correct information.

  • Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.

  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

  • Update customer details in CRM or Excel.

  • Ensure proper follow-ups and closures.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred).

  • Convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle customer objections.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.

  • Target-oriented and positive attitude.
