Job Description

Job Description – NGO Outbound Calling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Outbound Calling Executive to support our NGO fundraising and awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential donors/supporters.
Explain NGO’s mission, projects, and ongoing social initiatives.
Generate interest and encourage donations/support in a respectful manner.
Handle objections politely and maintain positive communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
Work towards achieving weekly/monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Polite, confident, and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic understanding of telecalling or customer interaction preferred.
Passion for social work and NGO activities is an advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
