Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – International Inbound Process (USA Cold Calling) Night Shift only
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our international inbound team for the USA process. This role requires excellent English communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to engage with clients across different industries in the US market.
As a CSR, you will handle inbound queries and outbound cold calls, focusing on building strong client relationships and promoting our company’s services. You should be comfortable working in a night shift (US timings) and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls from US-based clients/customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Conduct outbound cold calling to generate leads, promote services, and follow up on potential clients.
Communicate clearly and persuasively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain updated records in CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
Achieve individual and team performance targets.
Collaborate with the team to meet overall business goals.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or US accent preferred).
Prior experience in international BPO/CSR/tele-calling is a plus.
Confidence in cold calling with resilience to handle rejections.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools.
Willingness to work night shifts (US timings).
