The Opportunity
As an Associate Client Relationship Manager at Winny, you will play a pivotal role in working directly with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This isn't about following existing paths—it's about creating new ones. You will:
Work closely with our customers to deliver exceptional Visitor Visa / PR service experiences
Collaborate with internal teams to design delightful service workflows by consistently gathering customer feedback
Handle end-to-end visa applications with precision and compliance, ensuring they are processed on time and within scope
Monitor client satisfaction and service quality, gathering feedback to make data-driven improvements and ensure zero refunds/escalations
Define clear client requirements and service metrics, effectively communicating updates and maintaining timely communication
Experiment with new tools and service models to drive efficiency and innovation
Manage visa processes for countries including Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Singapore, and New Zealand
Stay updated on changing visa legislation and guidelines across multiple countries
You will be an individual contributor with significant autonomy, ownership, and learning opportunities—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, start-up-like environments, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer at Winny.
About You
You care deeply about delivering meaningful value to customers
You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
You're a self-starter and willing to venture outside of defined responsibilities
You are curious, adaptable, and prioritize a growth mindset
At least 2 years of client relationship management experience is a nice bonus but not required (immigration, education, or service industry preferred)
You are proficient in English and can hold thoughtful, fluent conversations with customers to collect feedback and shape service direction
You are familiar with using AI to boost efficiency and productivity
