💼 Position: Telecaller – Loan Recovery

📍 Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 / Month

🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

🗓️ Job Type: Full-Time

📜 DRA Certificate: Compulsory

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Loan Recovery / Collection Calling preferred

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Customers को loan outstanding/payment के लिए calling करना

• Pending और overdue payments का regular follow-up करना

• Customers को payment details और due amount के बारे में जानकारी देना

• Assigned customers की collection follow-up maintain करना

• Customer queries और payment-related concerns को professionally handle करना

• Daily calling और collection details maintain करना

• Assigned recovery targets achieve करना

• Daily report Team Leader/Manager को submit करना

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Loan Recovery / Collection Calling में minimum 1 year experience preferred

• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate compulsory

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Customer handling में comfortable होना चाहिए

• Target-oriented approach

• Basic computer/Excel knowledge preferred

• Jaipur location के candidates preferred

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
