💰 Salary: upto 25kinhand (Basic hike on last drawn salary)

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on delivering prompt and effective solutions to customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls
Provide clear and accurate information about products/services
Maintain a professional and positive attitude
Achieve targets for quality and resolution
✅ Skills & Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken)
6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO voice process
Basic computer and typing proficiency
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends
⏰ Shift Timings:
9-hour rotational day shifts
6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off
