We are urgently hiring for the role of Telecollections Executive

Job description-

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to recover outstanding dues.

• Provide customers with accurate account information and educate them on payment terms and consequences of non-payment.

• Negotiate and set up repayment plans or settlements within company policies.

• Update the system with customer interactions, payment commitments, and follow-up schedules.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts to the appropriate department or supervisor.

• Maintain compliance with all company policies, collection guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a respectful and professional tone is maintained during all interactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• 6 months–2 years of experience in collections, tele calling,Tele Collections ,customer service, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.

Fluency in [language(s) required – e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam].
