We are looking for a Presales - Telecaller to join our team at Today Group to generate leads, provide exceptional telephonic conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

Make telephonic calls to prospects & Generating lead through telephonic conversation.
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
Briefing the customers about project, Latest Schemes & Offers etc. and Brand Promotion
Maintain follow-ups with Clients on Regular basis feedback - mails/phones (communication channel. Convince Clients to visit site.
Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel) ➢ Daily updating of leads on the CRM.
Ability to drive site walk ins of Clients and Channel Partners
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Understand and manage personal performance daily.
Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
