Sr. Ticketing Executive / Travel Consultant, you’ll play a key role in managing travel bookings, ensuring compliance with airline policies, and providing high-quality customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of GDS platforms and a proactive approach to resolving complex travel queries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage international and domestic ticketing through Amadeus systems.
Handle ADM, exchanges, refunds, and reissuances accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all bookings comply with airline and company policies.
Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients and partners.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth travel operations.
Monitor and maintain data accuracy in booking and reporting systems.
Support quality control checks and assist with audit-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in the travel or airline domain (corporate or agency).
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS platforms (hands-on ticketing experience mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ADM processes, reissues, and fare rules.
Comfortable with assessments: SHL (Svar & Writex) and GDS skill evaluation.
