Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. 

• Inbound Call Handling: Addressing inquiries from existing or potential customers, providing support, and resolving issues. 

• Lead Generation: Identifying potential leads through various methods, such as cold calling or following up on marketing campaigns. 

• Follow-up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and convert potential sales. 

• Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 

• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance. 

• Customer Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients. 

• Documentation: Creating and maintaining paperwork or documentation based on telecalling conversations.
