Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, interacting with potential customers and educating patients about our clinic services, treatments and health plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

• Explain clinic services, treatments and available health plans.

• Generate leads and convert them into appointments.

• Follow up with interested customers and confirm appointments.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Maintain daily calling records and follow-up reports.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Build positive relationships with customers and patients.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.

• Basic English communication.

• Confidence in speaking over the phone.

• Sales and convincing skills.

• Customer handling and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
