Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales. Since our target market spans across diverse linguistic regions, fluency in both Tamil and Telugu is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases to promote our products/services.

Sales Conversion: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to convert leads into sales.

Language Localization: Conduct end-to-end sales conversations in Tamil and Telugu, ensuring the customer feels comfortable and understood.

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred (Freshers with high aptitude are welcome).

Competitive Salary: Fixed monthly CTC + performance-based incentives.
