Work Timing: 06:00 PM – 06:00 AM IST (US Business Hours)

About the Role

We are hiring Remote Voice Support Specialists to provide world-class customer support for our US-based clients. This is a contract position ideal for professionals who are fluent in English, comfortable working night shifts, and capable of delivering high-quality support from home.

Compensation

  • Voice Support: ₹160 per hour

Responsibilities

Voice Support Specialist

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

  • Provide clear, polite, and accurate information to customers

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and document interactions

  • Maintain high levels of communication quality and customer satisfaction

  • Respond to customer emails quickly and accurately

  • Resolve queries, escalate issues when necessary, and update internal systems

  • Maintain SLAs for response time, accuracy, and ticket closures

Requirements

  • Excellent English spoken and written communication skills

  • 1 to 3 years of BPO / Customer Support experience is a strong advantage.

  • Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

  • Comfortable working the night shift during US business hours

  • Must have your own:

  • Laptop with Windows 11 or above

  • 16 GB RAM

  • Minimum i5 Processor or higher.

  • Dual Monitor - Preferred

  • High-speed wired internet connection LAN cable NO WIFI

  • Quiet workspace for calls (Voice process)

  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets

  • Strong customer orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills
