Eligibility

• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

• Good convincing and client-handling skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and telephone etiquette

Key Skills

• Excellent verbal communication

• Client relationship management

• Telecalling / customer handling

• Confidence & persuasion skills

• Knowledge of legal/consultancy services (preferred but not mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients and explain legal consultancy services

• Handle inbound client queries professionally

• Maintain client database and update call records regularly

• Schedule appointments/meetings between clients and consultants

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

• Assist in follow-ups and ensure timely communication
