Location: Kalbadevi, Mumbai
Experience Required: 1-2 Years
Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to clients for payment follow-ups and reminders.
• Maintain a proper record of customer interactions and payment status.
• Assist in sales calls — share product information, offers, and updates.
• Build and maintain good relations with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for payment and order updates.
• Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Graduate / HSC pass candidates may apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, payment follow-ups, or telesales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Good convincing ability and confident telephone manners.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM preferred).
