We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to handle B2B sales calls for our garments division. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote our garment products, generate leads, and maintain strong business relationships.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing B2B clients in the garments industry.Explain product features, pricing, and offers to retailers and wholesalers.Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into sales.Maintain and update the customer database.Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.Handle client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends and customer needs.Requirements:Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or B2B garment sales.Good communication and negotiation skills.
