The role involves contacting customers who have already shown interest or applied for a personal loan, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with our partner banks to offer the most suitable loan options.
Contact customers who have already applied or shown interest in personal loans
Verify customer details, eligibility, and loan requirements
Explain personal loan offerings from partner banks including interest rates, tenure, and documentation
Match customers with the most suitable partner bank based on eligibility and profile
Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process
Follow up with customers and partner banks to ensure timely loan processing
Update lead status and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Achieve assigned conversion and disbursement targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
