Who Can Apply

• Experience: 0-2 years (BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process preferred)

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

• Energetic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from domestic customers

• Address customer queries, concerns, and service requests efficiently

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-focused approach

• Update customer records and call logs accurately in the system

• Meet performance standards such as call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT
