Job Description

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring excellent communication. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closures.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Freshers preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English will be an added advantage).
Should be comfortable working in an office environment.
