Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to patients, corporates, clinics, and referral sources

  • Explain hospital services, health packages, OPD/IPD facilities, and offers

  • Handle inbound patient queries professionally

  • Generate leads and convert them into appointments/admissions

  • Follow up with patients for consultations, procedures, and health checkups

  • Maintain accurate call records and patient details

  • Coordinate with hospital front desk, doctors, and marketing team

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
