Job Title: Telecaller – Automobile Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and support sales/service operations in the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for vehicle sales and service reminders

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

Generate and follow up on leads

Schedule test drives and service appointments

Maintain customer database and update records

Coordinate with the sales and service team

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets

Requirements:

Minimum HSC / Graduate

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)

Experience in telecalling or customer service (automobile experience preferred)
