We are seeking an energetic and motivated Tele-Caller to join our team, focusing on the facade and building envelope industry. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential clients, including architects, builders, consultants, and contractors, to promote our products/services, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients from provided databases or leads.
Introduce the company’s facade solutions, products, and services in a professional manner.
Identify potential business opportunities and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
Send follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages to prospects as required.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly targets.
Handle initial client inquiries and transfer complex queries to the concerned department.
Stay updated on industry trends and basic technical knowledge of facade systems.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English, Hindi, or other relevant languages].
Strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner.
Basic understanding of the construction or facade industry is a plus (training can be provided).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or customer service (especially in construction or B2B sectors).
Knowledge of facades, glazing, or architectural products is an added advantage.
