We are looking for a female Customer Relationship Manager to handle communication with clients and coordinate job requirements with house helpers.
The role involves:

• Talking to clients and understanding their service needs

• Coordinating with house helpers and confirming their availability

• Maintaining follow-up calls with both clients and workers

• Helping in office operations and ensuring smooth service delivery

Requirements:

✅ Good Communication Skills (Hindi/Odia required, English optional)
✅ Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel & calling
✅ Must be punctual and responsible

Timings:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
