🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner

• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving approach

• Provide accurate and relevant information related to industry services

• Maintain call records and follow-ups

• Offer timely solutions to resolve customer issues

• Coordinate with team members and escalate complex cases to the concerned department

• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

🔹 Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 2nd Year Pass

• Experience: Fresher Only

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Salary will be credited to bank account)

🔹 Additional Information

• Candidates must be comfortable working as per the assigned working days and shift schedule

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with Freshers.
