About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an E-commerce North America (NA) Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills who are looking to build a career in the international BPO/customer experience industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international (NA) customers
Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, refunds, and general support
Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism
Meet defined KPIs such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduates & Undergraduates both can apply
Experience:
Freshers welcome
Minimum 6 months of documented experience for experienced category
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication (verbal & comprehension)
Customer-centric approach
Basic computer knowledge
Salary Structure
Freshers: ₹26,500 CTC + ₹2,500 PLI (monthly)
Experienced: ₹27,000 CTC + ₹3,000 PLI (monthly)
Work Schedule
5 days working week
Rotational shifts & weekly offs
Majority shifts during night hours (NA process)
Transport Policy
Cab facility available only for shifts starting post 2 PM (chargeable)
No cab facility for morning shifts

No leaves allowed during the initial 3 months (probation period)
Strong communication skills are mandatory
Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and night schedules

(Applicable for outstation candidates relocating to Jaipur; not applicable for Jaipur rehires)

Payment of previous Full and Final (FNF) amount will be mandatory
