📞 Telecaller :

We are looking for a persuasive and diligent Telecaller to join our debt recovery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers with pending dues

- Explain payment obligations and recovery procedures clearly

- Negotiate and follow up on repayment plans

- Maintain detailed call logs and update recovery status

- Escalate unresolved cases to the recovery manager

🔹 Requirements:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge

- Prior experience in collections or recovery is preferred
