Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Telecaller / Coordinator to support our team with client communication, interview follow-ups, and internal coordination. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain regular communication with clients and candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a professional approach while handling calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make follow-up calls to clients.

• Conduct interview follow-up calls with candidates and share updates.

• Handle in-house coordination calls with internal teams for smooth communication.

• Schedule interviews and maintain proper follow-up with candidates.

• Maintain and update records of calls, interviews, and communication.

• Respond to basic queries from candidates and guide them through the process.

• Ensure timely communication between candidates, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in telecalling, coordination, or customer support is preferred.

• Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain proper follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
